We documented the journey behind the work of artists Phoebe Hui and Chris Cheung from their studios through installation and finally to the launch at The Peninsula Hong Kong. Rather than documenting the exhibition as a single event, we followed the work through its different stages, capturing the artists, their process, the installation, and the final experience.
The production was structured around four on-camera crew members and a dedicated on-site editor, allowing us to work across several days while maintaining a continuous content workflow. The team produced 11 social reels, a full event film, a same-day event video, 30 considered images, and 50 event coverage photographs. The result was a layered visual record that captured not only the finished installation, but the people, process, and transformation behind it.
